Our company mascot is "Joey", the cartoon figure seen on all the pages of our web site. Joey has brought us luck for many years and has been instrumental in the growth of our company. When we need an answer, we all "ask Joey".

1. Can I get service on equipment not installed by Frontline?

Yes! A large portion of our service business is taking care of people who have service problems with their installing company. People are often thrilled that they can get problems resolved with us that other companies were unable to fix.

2. Can Frontline monitor or repair a security system installed by another company?

Yes! We takeover numerous security systems from our competition because of our quick service and no hassle responses. We offer VERY competitive rates on monitoring and we service and bill all of our clients from our local main office. No phone or email system to wade through. Just quick and friendly help.

3. Do you offer two way voice service on security and medical alarms? Why is it better?

Yes! Two way voice monitoring is a verified emergency signal from your home. Responding authorities react much quicker when the alarm or medical signal is already verified as legitimate and not a possible false alarm. This is the best monitoring available today.

4. If I have a problem or question after business hours, will FrontLine be there to take care of my problem or resolve my issue?

Yes! Unlike the big box stores, FrontLine has knowledgeable technicians on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to help you with any issues that may arise.

5. I just got broken into. I need an alarm now. How fast can / get it?

Now. Call us and we will have a factory trained tech to your home very quickly. It's what we do.

6. Does FrontLine offer financing?

Yes! Consult with a Frontline Representative to discuss your options. You may wish to roll the cost of our installations to your mortgage through your banker or builder, go through our Commercial leasing company, or use one of your major credit cards.

7. My home was built several years ago. Can FrontLine install a home theater, distributed audio, or security system in my existing home?

Yes! FrontLine has many years of experience in retro fitting homes with built in systems. Our technicians are craftsmen in the art of working in existing homes.

8. Is Frontline a member of the BBB, Home Builders and Contractors Association, and Chamber of Commerce?

Yes! We are proud of our standing in the community. It shows our long term commitment to quality.

9. Can I relax with FrontLine technicians in my home?

Yes! For your peace of mind all FrontLine employees have undergone drug testing and background investigations so you can be comfortable when our technicians are working in your home.

10. My installation is covered by the initial manufactures warranty. My question is: Can I also have an extended warranty if I wish?

Yes! FrontLine not only honors the manufacturers warranty, but also makes available very affordable extended service plans for up to five years, protecting the value of your investment.

11. We would like to have a monitored security system for our home but do not have a traditional telephone line. Can FrontLine provide service?

Yes! Frontline can monitor internet VOIP phone service and we offer cellular phone links for customers without traditional phone lines.
